the work
alignment embodied is concerned with reducing interference so individuals can trust their own understanding and respond with less effort and distortion.
engagement begins upstream of decision and response, when information is noisy and internal reference is unclear. intervention occurs before momentum or avoidance takes over. signal is reflected back clearly, allowing internal reference to recalibrate so response becomes proportionate, timely, and sustainable rather than forced.
the practice operates at the intersection of body, perception, and meaning. movement and insight emerge as natural consequences of clarity, not as goals imposed from the outside.
alignment embodied is a bounded, non-therapeutic framework informed by somatic practice, neuroscience, and ongoing chiropractic study.
how the work is applied
calibration & coherence sessions
conversation-led sessions focused on perception, orientation, and internal reference when clarity has been disrupted. engagement is reflective and dialogic, supporting discernment rather than advice or direction.
by referral only
guided movement sessions
somatic-led sessions applying the same principles through the body. attention is placed on coordination, pacing, and sensory feedback to reduce excess effort and restore ease of motion. sessions do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or manual adjustment.
